Laptop to Television Connection? - component connection or scart
Samsung R60plus I have a laptop and a plasma TV LG50pc56. I wondered what to combine the best (and cheapest) way to get the two, so I can see things on my laptop on my TV.
The device has a VGA port, but no S-video. The TV has all the connections (S-Video, HDMI, Component, SCART, etc)
Please help.

You can use a cable adapter VGA-s-video/rca connection. Using the S-video is slightly better than the connection.

for the sound you need a mini jack 2 RCA (red and white) cable.
