I suggest you write your letter directly to the Corporate President, Adam Goldstein, the CC and all other persons in the link that says: "Our leadership". So if you bad enough when a lawyer send the letter. Royal Caribbean invested a lot of time to ensure that its new ships, such as freedom and liberty are at par with the expectations of all those who have forgotten the old ships like the Sovereign, and also to ensure that the height of the picture of Royal Caribbean.
