I am in great pain associated with this and would appreciate it if someone tips on how to be pain. Chloraseptic spray I have tried, but things get worse. This is not a typical sore throat.

You can also try to keep baby teething gel and to analgesics (paracetamol). Also keep fluids and avoid salty and spicy foods.
