The problem is that depression can lead to poverty and lack of sleep can not sleep cause depression. Are you trying to sleep, but insomnia? If so, you can help with insomnia receive. If you work hard and / or stay late for some reason, they need to do and try to fit an entire night. The amount of sleep each person are different. Some people are good for five hours a night, others need much, much more. (I personally like a solid 9 or 10 hours.) This goal for 7-8 hours at night and see if you feel consistently better?

Absolutely! Sleep is like resetting your body. Notice how you feel strange and start crazy for a few days, not sleeping? No one knows exactly why know so much power in the dormitories only that it exists. This is why sick people have a lot of sleep.

Try a nap. I know its hard especially when you give full time and is a busy person working. Sleep whenever you can. Sometimes I even sleep on my lunch break!
